Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MyEchoGoals (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. The Service is operated by My Echo Path LLC ("we," "us").

2. The Service

MyEchoGoals is a habit, wellness and journaling app. It supports general wellbeing and is not a medical device; it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always seek qualified professional advice for medical or mental-health concerns.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Your content

You own the habits, journal entries, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you, including sending content to AI processors for features you use. You're responsible for content you share with others through group habits.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the Service, attempt to breach security, or disrupt other users.
• Don't upload unlawful content or use shared features to harass others.
• Don't resell or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Subscriptions, free trial & auto-renewal

• The Free plan is available at no cost. Premium is offered monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($34.99), subject to change with notice.
• Premium begins with a 7-day free trial. You provide a payment method up front.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for successive periods until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime via your account settings or your app store subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.
• Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by their terms and billing.

7. AI features

Some features use third-party AI to generate suggestions, transcriptions, and encouragement. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided "as is" without warranty. Use judgment before relying on it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Echo Path LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not as a class action, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.

11. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service and will update the date above for material changes. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
