Consumer Health Privacy

1. Purpose of this notice

Because MyEchoGoals lets you track wellness information — such as your mood and personal reflections — some of what you log may be considered "consumer health data." This notice explains how we handle it.

2. What we consider consumer health data

• Mood and wellbeing check-ins you record.
• Journal content you choose to write about your health or feelings.

3. How we collect it

We collect this data directly from you when you enter it in the app. You control what you choose to record, and you can delete your entries at any time.

4. How we use it

We use consumer health data solely to provide app features you request: showing your trends, generating your reports, powering mood insights, and tailoring encouragement. We do not use it for targeted advertising and we do not sell it.

5. Sharing

We share consumer health data only with processors who help operate the app (for example, secure hosting and, where you use AI features, AI providers), and with people you deliberately invite to shared habits. We do not sell consumer health data to third parties.

6. Your rights

• Access the health-related data associated with your account.
• Delete that data, including by deleting entries or your account.
• Withdraw consent for health-platform access at any time.

7. Not a medical service

MyEchoGoals supports general wellbeing. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The reflections and insights it offers are informational only. For medical concerns, consult a qualified professional.
