When a Premium member saves a journal entry, MyEchoGoals adds a short, gentle reflection — noticing a theme or feeling and mirroring it back kindly. It's a companion to your own words, not advice or therapy, and it's saved with each entry so you can revisit it anytime.
A couple of features rely on your phone or tablet: voice journaling and Face ID / Touch ID app lock. Everything else works across web, mobile, and tablet. On iPad, voice journaling currently works best with headphones or AirPods connected.
Yes — for now, MyEchoGoals needs an internet connection to sign in and keep your habits and journal in sync across devices. Offline support is coming soon.
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings or your app store subscriptions at any time. You'll keep Premium until the end of your current billing period, then move back to Free.
